Description of problem:

collectd sub-rpm collectd-memcachec subrpm is missing Dep which comes from libmemcached-devel rpm

  - nothing provides libmemcached.so.11()(64bit) needed by collectd-memcachec-5.12.0-2.el9osttrunk.x86_64

Actual results:

collectd-memcachec subrpm was built but is not install-able due to missing dependency

Expected results:

collectd-memcachec sub rpm would either not build or would install with all deps correctly.

Additional info:

rhel 9 beta has libmemcached-awesome-1.1.0-9.el9 which provides libmemcached.so.11() which is included in build root but shipped to CRB and not appstream.

The plugin is not configurable currently through puppet-collectd.

dropping the collectd-memcachec sub-rpm as it is not configurable from puppet-collectd
