This should be a false positive: mingw-qt6-qtdeclarative has

Obsoletes:      mingw32-qt6-qtquickcontrols2 < 6.2.0-0.1.rc
Provides:       mingw32-qt6-qtquickcontrols2 = %{version}-%{release}

Obsoletes:      mingw64-qt6-qtquickcontrols2 < 6.2.0-0.1.rc
Provides:       mingw64-qt6-qtquickcontrols2 = %{version}-%{release}

as qt6-qtquickcontrols2 is merged into qt6-qtdeclarative as of 6.2.0+.
