Description of problem: Even there is a cloud image for windows available, in CNV context the iso installation flow is more common.

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create Windows VM from template in UI
2. Select Boot source type "Import via URL"


Actual results:
The text "Example: For Windows, visit the Windows 10 cloud image and copy the download link URL for the cloud base image" is shown.

Expected results:
The text with the meaning of "Example: For Windows, get a link to the installation iso of Windows and copy the download link URL" is shown. The text might use the terms "iso" or "boot source" or "installation", but not cloud image.
