Description of problem:

Postocpy creates its own thread and channel, at the time that we start multifd.
We will change it to be another multifd channel, using the low overhead multifd protocol.  As the channel is created at the time that the migration starts, failure handling is way easier.  And as it don't use migration stream protocol, it has way less overhead over the network.
