.RHEL 9 provides `systemtap` 4.6
RHEL 9 is distributed with the `systemtap` package version 4.6. Notable bug fixes and enhancements over version 4.5 include:
* Added a new "liveness" verification for writes to $context variables, that confirms a variables lifespan in a context is long enough.
* Improved 'bpf tapset' for syscalls and abort.
* Improved 'bpf language support' for multi-key array traversal.
* Fixed return of inter-CPU output ordering.
* Changed 'stap-prep' default download server from yum/dnf to debuginfod.
