Description of problem:
Looks like the targeted must-gather script looks for a not-existing Migration CR
In the following example, the Migration CR that should be gathered is mig-plan-mguetta-1637580488627

$ cat ./must-gather/namespaces/openshift-mtv/crs/migration/mig-plan-mguetta.yaml
Error from server (NotFound): migrations.forklift.konveyor.io "mig-plan-mguetta" not found


$ oc get migration

Please note that when running MTV migration using CLI - the Migration CR's name can be anything (Using UI, the Migration CR's name starts with the associated Plan's name)

Fixed in https://github.com/konveyor/forklift-must-gather/pull/31 (the change causing this BZ was not backported to release-v2.2.0, so the revert will not be backported neiter).

Please verify with mtv-operator-bundle-container-2.2.0-100 / iib:138977, or later.

Yes, the Plan CR should contain needed information related to the migration. Migration CR capture is not required (at least for now).
