Description of problem:
There is an EPEL 7 build of urdfdom, but there is no build for RHEL 8. Please build urdfdom for RHEL 8 in EPEL.

Scratch build against EPEL 8 using the tip of rawhide is successful: https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=79178293
