Description of problem:

Metrics configuration playbooks failing due to recent refactor on rhel-system-role (used by metrics playbooks)

The issue in on:
/usr/share/ansible/roles/oVirt.metrics/roles/oVirt.manage-services/tasks/main.yml:69
Wheres "logging_outputs.type" is defined as "file" however is expected to be "files"

and:
/usr/share/ansible/roles/oVirt.metrics/roles/oVirt.logging/tasks/main.yml:100
Wheres "default_files_output.type" is defined as "file" however is expected to be "files"

Verified on ovirt-engine-4.5.0.1-601.f26e9ea8cac5.3.el8ev.noarch

Sanity passed and metrics;logs data successfully passed to elasticsearch
