Description of problem:

When doing a text mode install over a console that does not allow VT switches,
eg. a serial console or a Xen console, it would be useful if anaconda could
spawn a shell.

This is already supported on serial console installs, though it may be broken at
the moment.  Will check later.

Okay, this should be working now.  Please try with tomorrow's rawhide.
