Greetings

Description of problem:

Because of https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2019776, we need a warning note in external ceph integration documentation telling the user that the higher compact client version accepted is luminous and they should avoid using v2 clone API as well known as compat-client mimic.

In addition, any note suggesting people to enforce mimic should be removed in both external ceph integration and internal ceph integration (as far as I searched and couldn't find any note about this but just in case I had missed something).
