Describe the issue:

Add documentation support for dynamic bucket resharding in RGW Multisite in the ceph object gateway guide.

Describe the task you were trying to accomplish:

The document should have :

1. The Document has required info about “enable_shard” tunable and also advise when to enable (e.g. enable it after all zones in given zone group has been upgraded)

2. The document is updated to show DBR is supported in MS and all necessary info regarding its Usage is present
