Depends on 1938259 (switch to rhel-9 openssl aka v3.0).

Why does it need to depend on that ? There's no interaction with any of the openssl code in the boot logo customization, so they're functionally independent changes.

Reproduced it with edk2-ovmf-20210527gite1999b264f1f-6.el9.noarch, boot a guest and the initial boot splash screen contains a message about openssl under the tianocore logo.


Tested with edk2-ovmf-20210527gite1999b264f1f-8.el9.noarch, the initial boot splash screen contains only the tianocore logo. So set status to VERIFIED.
