Ran automation against this: https://github.com/SatelliteQE/robottelo/blob/master/tests/foreman/ui/test_http_proxy.py#L78

Automation returns no errors.

Verified on 6.10.2 with pulpcore-selinux-1.2.7-1.el7pc.x86_64
