Description of problem:
In case that a VirtualMachine CR is not available, for example if the VM migration fails, the yaml downloaded from VM page contains the following error message:
"Error from server (NotFound): namespaces "-o" not found"

For VirtualMachine yaml downloaded from plan page, the error message is more informative:
$ cat ./must-gather/namespaces/mguetta/crs/virtualmachine/mini-rhel7-mguetta2-mgmt.yaml
Error from server (NotFound): virtualmachines.kubevirt.io "mini-rhel7-mguetta2-mgmt" not found

PR was merged to main (there is no 2.3 release branch yet).
