Unset parameter in enable script of gcc toolset 11

Steps to Reproduce:
1. # bash -u or ksh -u

2. #.  /opt/rh/gcc-toolset-11/enable


Actual results:
bash -u

bash-4.4# . /opt/rh/gcc-toolset-11/enable
bash: dynpath64: unbound variable
bash: rpmlibdir64: unbound variable
bash-4.4# exit
exit

# ksh -u
# . /opt/rh/gcc-toolset-11/enable
ksh: .: line 20: dynpath64: parameter not set

No error

Looks good, thanks.  Verified with gcc-toolset-11-11.1-1.el8.
