Opening this as a ODF bug for:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2022302

For the upgrade it's confusing to show the window that creation of Storage System is required after installation of ODF operator as part of upgrade from 4.8.

This bug was not opened in order to do only fix for the whole thing but maybe just change the message which is shown, which doesn't require any logic implementation, just send PR with changing the text which will mention something like:

If you are upgrading from OCS 4.8, the Storage System is automatically created and you shouldn't create the storage system from this dialog window.

Or something similar.

Did someone already look where we can fix the message in OCP console?

We did some analysis regarding this and we don't have a good way to fix this.
Moreover, people should not see this in 4.10 anyway.
