These two tests run the commant "oc project default"
"[sig-cli] oc builds complex build start-build [Skipped:Disconnected] [Suite:openshift/conformance/parallel]"
"[sig-cli] oc builds complex build webhooks CRUD [Skipped:Disconnected] [Suite:openshift/conformance/parallel]"


This causes the contents of KUBECONFIG to be rewritten making briefly corrupt causing other tests to fail.

Looks to be resolved as github PR has been merged. Closing.
