Since we have no patch CI on osc downstream, setting this to "high" to kindly ask that QE do a quick manual check that doing a `server show` with microversion >= 2.47 correctly shows the embedded flavor information.

Small correction: need to do a `server list` to verify this issue, i.e.:
$ openstack --os-compute-api-version 2.47 server list
The `server show` was fixed back in Rocky [1] and was backported to Queens and Pike.
