Description of problem:

CI jobs are failing with " [sig-cluster-lifecycle] TestAdminAck should succeed [Suite:openshift/conformance/parallel]"

Needs check for nil configmap map at [1]. Fixing as part of https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2026806 and will backport. Closing this bug as a dup.
