Description of problem:
After upgrading from RHEL 8.3 to 8.4 and the installed EPEL packages "dolphin" is no longer able to run, reporting the error:
  "symbol lookup error: /lib64/libKF5KIOCore.so.5: undefined symbol: _ZN4KJob14percentChangedEPS_mNS_14QPrivateSignalE"


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
  kf5-kio-core-libs-5.88.0-1.el8.x86_64
  dolphin-21.08.3-1.el8.x86_64

How reproducible:
  Every time I attempt to run "dolphin".

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a terminal.
2. Run: dolphin


Actual results:
  Dolphin does not run, instead the following error is reported:
symbol lookup error: /lib64/libKF5KIOCore.so.5: undefined symbol: _ZN4KJob14percentChangedEPS_mNS_14QPrivateSignalE

Expected results:
  Dolphin to run.

Additional info:
  The build dates indicate "kf5-kio-core-libs-5.88.0-1.el8.x86_64" was built after "dolphin-21.08.3-1.el8.x86_64":
  $ rpm -qi dolphin | grep "Build Date"
Build Date  : Sat 13 Nov 2021 23:56:26 GMT
  $ rpm -qi kf5-kio-core-libs | grep "Build Date"
Build Date  : Tue 16 Nov 2021 22:54:13 GMT
