Description of problem: The postinstall and postuninstall scriptlets include %ldconfig which rpm does not grok.

How reproducible: Install or upgrade the powerman rpm


Steps to Reproduce:
1. dnf update powerman

Actual results:
/var/tmp/rpm-tmp.Vq49Jh: line 1: fg: no job control
/var/tmp/rpm-tmp.FwyOIh: line 1: fg: no job control


Expected results:
No complaints about botched scriptlets.
