This is not actual RR and this is not a proper place for request new packages. You can ask here [1] about it but the best way is package it yourself and become maintainer.

Also in respond to rh#2023128: 'meteo-qt' has nothing to do with 'meteo' which already packaged. 'meteo-qt' is separate project with similar name.
