Description of problem:
Add --ssl-insecure parameter to be able to not verify the certificate.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Setup agent with OpenStack env with self-signed certificate
2.

Actual results:
Fails.

Expected results:
Able to use --ssl-insecure to make it work.
