Dan, the https://github.com/containers/podman/pull/12515 is closed without merge to v3.4 branch. If a backport of this is needed in 8.5.0 we need to backport this to v3.4.2-rhel upstream branch too. Since RHEL consumes upstream branches directly, would you mind merging the PR?
