Description of problem:
The tasks generated by task export in html format are not sorted by date.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Satellite 6.10.1

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Generate a task export:
# foreman-rake foreman_tasks:export_tasks TASK_SEARCH='' TASK_DAYS=7

2. Extract the archive and open index.html in a browser


Actual results:
Tasks are not sorted by date.

Expected results:
Tasks are sorted by date as it used to be done in the previous Satellite versions.

Fix for this BZ was just merged in upstream. Do we want to pull it in for 7.0?

Verified on Satellite 6.11 snap 15, tasks in the export output are ordered by time and date.
