Cause:
The rbd images are created with the layering image feature and snapshot mirroring is enabled on the image, during every scheduling interval the full copy of the image will be copied to the remote cluster.
Fix:
With the new storageclass, the new rbd images will be created with image features fast-diff, object-map,exclusive-lock. After enabling the snapshot mirroring on the image, during each scheduling interval, only the diff will be copied not the full image.
