An EPEL9 branch would go nicely with the existing EPEL7 and EPEL8 branches.

I know, EPEL9 is brand new! And the priority is quite low.

On the other hand, the current Rawhide package builds for EPEL9 without changes, so this should be low-effort, and it would let me branch cpp-hocon for EPEL9 too.
