Description of problem:

The following list of validations are targeting all hosts but should only be executed against the Undercloud (localhost):
- check-ram
- check-cpu
- check-disk-space-pre-upgrade
- check-disk-space
- check-ftype
- 512e
- check-selinux-mode
- dns
- no-op

By targeting all hosts, these validations generate unnecessary failures and may confuse the customer.

Manually verified on 16.02.2022 with RHOS 16.1.8, puddle RHOS-16.1-RHEL-8-20220210.n.1.
