Description of problem:

Creating bootable volumes take too much time as it fails in the first two attempts and finally gets created in the third attempt.

Hello,

Sorry for the delay. Could you explain:

1) What commands you are running

2) Why the user seems to have Swift configured as a backend when they say they use Ceph? This is really unclear.
