support badge

Description of problem:
In Templates page, templates are marked with support badge based on information taken from https://access.redhat.com/articles/973163#ocpvirt.
Templates are marked as "Full" or "Community" support.

- The badge should be removed and a "support level" column added
- The text should be taken from the template's template.kubevirt.io/provider-support-level to allow more support levels.

Comment 3 Yaacov Zamir 2021-12-15 06:34:18 UTC
implementation note:
- we will need to remove the "community" badge from anyplace we use it, not just the template list.
- when possibly add the real support-level into the view/card/page, when not possible just remove it.

Comment 6 Leon Kladnitsky 2022-01-09 16:37:38 UTC
Verified on master/4.10.0-0.nightly-2022-01-04-214702.
'Support Level' column is added, values 'Community', 'Full' and 'Limited' are present.
