Feel free to do it youself.

I do not use RHEL and refuse to support RHAT's non-free products.

Fine by me, my FAS username is xavierb. I have filed quite a number of bugs requesting perl modules for EPEL 9 in the last few days, and I believe several are assigned to you. I'd be grateful if you could grant me rights on them so I can request the branches and do the builds.
