Description of problem (please be detailed as possible and provide log
snippets): Could not deploy OCS 4.8. Two of the three osd pods are in init state. One of the osd pod is ok.

Executed the following to collect the logs: oc adm must-gather --image=registry.redhat.io/ocs4/ocs-must-gather-rhel8:v4.8 --dest-dir=/root/logs

OCS was deployed using UI.

What is the current status on this? Is it reproducible?

No one has looked at this yet, but we also haven't heard from IBM about this yet. At present I'll just move this out to ODF 4.11.
