Need to extend lasso gating tests to include upstream make check tests.

This should use the same setup that certmonger did for running it's upstream/source make check tests.

That should include the python tests from binding/python/tests that can be run by default from the build.  If needed the tests should specifically run profiles_tests.py and binding_tests.py.

Verified correct version is in the nightly compose.

Also, previously verified gating tests updated and working and include new python tests:
