Description of problem:
https://github.com/kubevirt/common-templates/pull/390 needs to be reverted once supported in the UI:

SRC_PVC_NAME and SRC_PVC_NAMESPACE should be renamed to DATA_SOURCE_NAME and DATA_SOURCE_NAMESPACE
