Description of problem:
/etc/pki/nssdb includes both bdb and sql databases:
cert8.db  cert9.db  key3.db  key4.db  pkcs11.txt  secmod.db

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
nss-3.71.0-3.el9.x86_64

Steps to Reproduce:
1. dnf install nss
2. ls /etc/pki/nssdb
3.

Actual results:
cert8.db  cert9.db  key3.db  key4.db  pkcs11.txt  secmod.db

Expected results:
cert9.db  key4.db  pkcs11.txt
