Following up on https://issues.redhat.com/browse/STOR-598, we need to add e2e tests, and specifically the CSI tests for the driver.

Initial e2e CI support for ibmcloud was added with:
https://github.com/openshift/release/pull/20433

For reference, the openshift-e2e-ibmcloud workflow was added to cluster-api-provider-ibmcloud here:

And here is the work Fabio did to add csi jobs for Azure file:
