You have collaborator access to el*,epel* which I would have thought should work - it seemed to the other day for somebody that wanted to build EPEL for one of my Fedora packaged.

Which is odd because https://pagure.io/releng/fedora-scm-requests/issue/40887 was approved a few days ago for somebody with the same permissions...

I've opened https://pagure.io/releng/fedora-scm-requests/issue/41103 now anyway.
