Description of problem:

debootstrap can't bootstrap Ubuntu 20.04 or newer versions

How reproducible:

Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. mkdir /focal
2. debootstrap focal /focal


Actual results:

E: No such script: /usr/share/debootstrap/scripts/focal


Expected results:

Happily downloading stuff


Additional info:

20.04 / focal support was added in 1.0.117 [1]. Fedora 34's debootstrap happily installs Ubuntu 20.04.

I noticed that ubu-keyring is also needed.

https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/ubu-keyring is not available on epel 7

Also I stopped updating debian-keyring because since 2017.6 needs gpg GnuPG 2.1
