[1] shows:

  Managed cluster should report ready nodes the entire duration of the test run

improving from ~50% success rate before the change landed, to 100% success in the ~7 runs that have occurred since the fix landed.  That's enough to close this out as a success, with CURRENTRELEASE, because we don't usually associate origin-CI-suite fixes with errata.

If folks find new issues with the test-case, please open a new bug to track later effort.
