Description of problem:

Rebuild redhat-release-server for RHGS to get the RHEL certificate fix


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
 	redhat-release-server-7.9-15.el7rhgs


Expected results:

redhat-release-server should have the latest RHEL certificate.

redhat-release-server-7.9-16.el7rhgs build is having the RHEL-7.9 certificate fix
