Package python-pydantic fails to build from source in Fedora Rawhide.

1.7.4-3.fc35

Steps to Reproduce:
koji build --scratch f36 python-pydantic-1.7.4-3.fc35.src.rpm

Since python-pydantic was updated to 1.9.0[1], it looks like a build succeeded in Rawhide[2] and in the Python 3.11 COPR[3].
