The names of the repos for Multicloud Object Gateway are for the older OCS product. They need to be updated for the current ODF product.

Download the Multicloud Object Gateway client RPMs

in both 4.9 and 4.10 the packages are updated to rh-odf-4-for-rhel-8-*** and no rh-ocs-4-for-rhel-8-*** is seen 
moving to verified
