Please branch and build yaml-cpp in epel9.

If you do not wish to maintain yaml-cpp in epel9,
or do not think you will be able to do this in a timely manner,
I would be happy to be a co-maintainer of the package.

I have tested and the rawhide package builds in EPEL9 without any changes.

I added you with commit access. Try requesting the el9 branch and let me know if it works. I may have to make you an admin for that.
