Description of problem (please be detailed as possible and provide log

With OCP-4.9.11 and OCS-4.8.6, I do not see the "Overview" option under the storage dropdown.

If I remember correctly this issue was seen with OCP-4.9.0 and somewhere around OCP-4.9.10, this issue was fixed. But I see this issue at OCP-4.9.11

Yes, OCS dashboard is altogether missing. This hampers working with UI.
