I cannot install any perl DBD modul for the mysql database. When i try to
run the Makefile.PL of the mysql package from cpan.org i am asked to give
the location of the MySQL server, but there is only the mysqld daemon
on /usr/libexec on Red Hat. If i give this path the installation fails.
The installation needs the files mysql.h and msql.h. But they are not on
the system, when i use the Red Hat mysql components.
If i compile mysql on my own and install it to /usr/local the installation
of the perl modul "DBD:mysql" works fine. Do you have any own mysql perl
modul?
