Description of problem:
Please build mod_authnz_external for EPEL 9.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
mod_authnz_external-3.3.3-3.fc35

Actual results:
No mod_authnz_external in EPEL 9.

Expected results:
mod_authnz_external-3.3.3-3.el9 or better ;-)

Additional info:
Please let me know if you are not interested in maintaining the package on EPEL 9 branch.

What's involved in adding a co-maintainer?  I've not had to do that in more than a decade...
