Description of problem:
eth0 has a connection at boot.  NM just sits at the first green "ball",
attempting to connect until I restart the service.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
NetworkManager-0.7.0-0.cvs20060529.6

How reproducible:
Always.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. start computer with ethernet cable connected to computer and router
2. observe NM sit at the first "ball", attempting to connect
  
Expected results:
NM connects.  It does so when I /etc/init.d/NetworkManager restart

Additional info:
IBM T42 running latest rawhide.

Unlikely to be an issue any longer with latest F7 updates.  If it's still an
issue, please reopen!
