Description of problem:
OpenShift Data Foundation should be named as Data Foundation under Storage Nav Item in OCP Console.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 4.9


How reproducible: 1/1


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to OCP 
2. Expand Storage
3.

Actual results: It says "OpenShift Data Foundation"


Expected results: Should say "Data Foundation" as per UXD.

@Eran @Yuval this has been in talk for quite some time. What do we want to do about this issue?

I thought that we already agreed to change the naming to "Data Foundation" in all relevant places
