Fedora 33+ template recommended disk url still points at Fedora 32 image

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Workload -> Virtualization 
2. Open Templates tab
3. Click on Fedora 33+ template

Verified on 4.10 Cluster - 4.10.0-40
The URL link points to fedora 35 now.
