Description of problem:

The web-assets-devel package is missing ine RHEL 9
The web-assets-filesystem package built from the same SRPM is available though.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

web-assets-devel-5-15.el9 (missing)
web-assets-filesystem-5-15.el9 (available)

I want to build packages in EPEL that BuildRequires web-assets-devel for the definition of %{_jsdir}.

After evaluating this issue, there are no plans to address it further or fix it in an upcoming release.  Therefore, it is being closed.  If plans change such that this issue will be fixed in an upcoming release, then the bug can be reopened.
